Terms and Conditions
Art. 1. Site operator. The website www.theselfdevelopmenthub.com (the “Site”) is operated by DAITECH CONSULT SRL, with the identification details shown under “Contact Us” (the “Operator”, “we”).
Art. 2. Acceptance of the terms. By accessing the Site or creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. For purchases, the Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply.
Art. 3. Who may use the Site. Our services are for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, you need written consent from a parent or legal representative before sending us data or buying anything.
Art. 4. User account.
- You create your account with real, current details and update them if they change.
- The account is personal. You do not share it or pass your login details to anyone else.
- You are responsible for activity in your account and must tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notifying you, unless a security risk requires immediate action.
Art. 5. Permitted use. You agree not to:
- copy, reproduce or redistribute Site content outside the limits of the intellectual property section;
- try to access protected areas, bypass security measures or upload harmful code;
- use the Site for spam, fraud or any illegal activity;
- automatically extract data from the Site (scraping) without our written consent;
- post content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or that infringes the rights of others.
Art. 6. Informational and educational nature. Site content (articles, free resources, webinars, examples) is provided for information and education. It is not legal, financial, medical or psychological advice. The results you get depend on your context, effort and decisions.
Art. 7. Intellectual property. Site content is protected as set out in the “Intellectual property and licence of use” section of this document.
Art. 8. Content you submit (comments, messages, questions in the community). You remain the owner of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, free licence, limited to operating and displaying the Site and the community, for as long as the content stays published. We may moderate or delete content that breaches these terms.
Art. 8 bis. Reviews, ratings, questions and answers.
- You may leave reviews, ratings and questions only about a product or service you have used, in the dedicated sections. The information must be real, accurate and not misleading.
- You do not post personal data (yours or anyone else’s), links to competing services, advertising or offensive language.
- To contact us, use our contact details, not the reviews section.
- We may ask for a review 30 days after purchase, without making any benefit depend on a positive rating. Positive and negative reviews are published alike if they follow the rules.
- We moderate after review, and repeated breaches may lead to suspension of your right to post. You give us a non-exclusive licence to display your review on the Site while it is published, and you can withdraw it by asking us to delete it.
Art. 9. Third-party links. The Site may link to other people’s websites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for their policies or information.
Art. 10. Site availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may interrupt it for maintenance or technical reasons, and will notify you when possible.
Art. 11. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from use of the Site. This clause does not limit liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, and it does not affect your consumer rights, which cannot be excluded by contract.
Art. 12. Changes to the terms. We may update these terms. The new version is published on the Site with its effective date. Sales contracts already concluded remain governed by the version in force on the order date.
Art. 13. Communications. You can write to us at [email] or at our registered office. We contact you at the email address in your account, and we send marketing messages only with your consent (see the privacy policy).
Art. 14. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are handled as set out in the “Dispute resolution” section.
